Divorce involves the legal termination of a valid marriage. The divorce process involves numerous procedural steps, legal requirements, and strategic considerations. As the saying goes, it is generally far easier to get married than to get divorced.
Divorce can be extremely emotional and so it is the goal of Ramona L. Blankinship, P.A. to make the process as painless as possible for their clients.
Families may need to provide for loved ones who are unable to take care of themselves due to illness, age or any other reasons. Guardianship allows you to make those important life decisions for your loved ones whom can not do so on their own.
"Ramona Blankinship is awesome. Ramona listens to you and reviews and presents the information you provide her. I was impressed that she remembers what you have told her and can repeat it exactly weeks later. She was able to accomplish something that has never been done before in court with my ex-wife. Ms. Donna (legal assistant) always answers the phone with a positive attitude. I have never felt like I am a burden to her office with my issues. I would recommend Ms Blankinship to everyone."
